Horrible Customer service and big ********...run

I bought items from this horrific big ******** online shop and they never delivered, whats worse is that I have seen their items in one of the respected online shopping brands thats how I decided to visit their website and damn I should have checked with hellopeter first. I am now kicking myself for not following my instincts, 2 months down the line I still dont have my order and my refund. Such bad horrible service I thought I would never put myself through this again...******** and they are continuing on Instagram like nothing is happening. Can someone stop them from trading in South Africa? Disabled them from all social media platforms and blacklist the owners they are disgracing online shopping name. No answer to the numbers they provided, no answer to the WhatsApp lines, no answer to the Instagram page worse no respect to the customers. Order made on the 8th of August until to date no response or an update whatsoever.
