Fed up by their excuses

They don't even deserve a star... I made 2 orders during lockdown.. To this day I haven't received my orders. Excuses after excuses.. If they can't fulfill my orders why can't they give me back my number.. It was first time supporting this business and definitely it will he the last time. I am tired of calling and sending them emails and Whatsapp. Their very *********** Shem. Order no *** and ***. I doubt if I will ever receive my parcels.
