I ordered a Kundai dress online in October of 2020 when they were doing a promotional offer. The dress was to be collected at the shops in my case i had choosen Wonderpark mall as it was the closest. When i finally when to collect i was told my dress was given to someone cos i had taken time to collect but was taken measurements so a new one could be done and was told to come collect after a week. I was ok its alright let me give them benefit of the doubt. When i returned for the 2nd time i was told the guy who had said would do my dress doesn't work for the company and the dress was never done because he left. I'm a client, driving from far to come collect and told that my dress is not yet ready and that time its January 2021. The gentleman who works there insisted again that he takes my measurements and my numbers and i also took his and said i will call 1st when i come collect this time around. He sounded sincere and said it will be ready. When i eventually call in February and ask them if the dress is ready he says i must come on Saturday it will be ready as he is only left with the belt. When i eventually went to fetch it they gave me the same story that the dress was given to someone else. To say im disappointed would be an understatement. I use petrol and airtime to check and time that i could be using for something else only to be disappointed by a company. I called the regional offices and spoke to a certaom Lerato who said the dress will be ready. Even today its still not and no communication from the company whatsoever.
