False adverti*****t, rude and very bad customer service

I went to Africa fashion house maponya mall wanted a shirt from them as I was going to a wedding on the 1st of december. At the store I was told that the shirtwaist out of stock but I can order it online and I should order using their maponya stores address for my order to be delivered quicker I did that. Emailed them the next day because I just wanted to confirm that my shirt was going to be delivered on time they said yes. On sat 30th november I asked if my shirt was at maponya they said yes as I was at work on the sat I went on Sunday morning( day of the wedding) to go collect my shirt.i got to the shop I was made to wait for about an hour 15 min while they were still look then this lady who works there came to me told me her boss was sending some1 from midrand branch to bring my shirt I should wait another 45 min I said to the lady ok I'll go home get myself ready will come collect after. Went back an hour later my shirt was not there they delivered material was asked to wait 20min for the lady to make my shirt. When she gave it to me it was soo short my tummy was all out and the reason for me ordering that particular shirt was to cover my tummy. To this day I haven receive my proper one was told they will make another as I went to the store to complain I was given the same piece of material they call shirt. People there were very rude when I call their head office number/ WhatsApp number they decline my calls. I just need to be refunded I work very hard for my money to be ****med by ppl like that.
