Extremely disgusted at your service

Worst company and with zero customer care. This past Saturday during their "fastest finger" which started at 8pm and my self i managed t o see that sale jus before 8pm on the dot. I then tried to make my purchase which was at R49 buyt upon checkout i couldn't checkout because their website crashed, i took screen shots of my order which even today still appears on my account but is pending payment so i then sent a message on Facebook, whatsapp and email asking for help if they can provide another alternative of payment. None of tthise messages got rep**** and after two days facebook reply came through but instead of answering my question they started selling me their store card... Fast forward i still haven't got help to make a payment though that order still appears on my acvount account and i just find so unfair that i lose out on something thhat is definitely not my fault.. Even on that day many customers complained about their website crashing and even had to oay more whereas they could have paid less.. I therefore refuse to be cheated and request that someting be done in my favour coz clearly fault wasnt o my side. And i find highly *********** tgat you sometimes ignore emails or meassage and extremely disrespectful that instead of answering the asked question you instead start selling tbings to your customers..
