DO NOT ORDER FROM AFH. ********!

Very disappointed really. I had a wedding on the 12th of February. I ordered a dress that was on special on the 1st of February for Collection not delivery to avoid any convenience. When i ordered the collection time was 7-10working days on the website. It’s the 15th of February today and still no dress. What is sickening about the service I have so far received from this black owned business is that a day or two later I received an email confirmation my order is packaged, I called them, Spoke to Precious and she advised I can come collect the following day which was the 4th. So on the 4th I call in again to advise of the time of collection and then I was told it’s not ready. Precious then said she will call me on Monday the 7th. She never called! On the 8th I called in asking to speak to Precious(who answered the call by the way) as she assisted me the previous week, she denied speaking to me the previous week and **** to say she was not at work the previous week. How pathetic! She eventually advised I can come collect my order same day(which I couldn’t) and arranged for the following day. But then when I called in to arrange for collection then I was told my order is not ready and it will be ready on the 16th. I expressed my concerns regarding this and nothing was done. To date, there is no communication ref my order. I tried getting refund and was advised they do not do refund even if I did not receive the order. How sick!!!
