DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY

So we ordered last year May, 6 Items. To-date we still haven't received our order. We called numerous times, the ladies who answers the phone, all they say is the order is with the courier but they never give information for the courier or even follow up with them and most times as soon as you tell them the order number they just hang up the phone and never answers the calls or they just continue with their conversation when you are on the line, we visited the Midrand store twice and and still they are so unprofessional and not helpful.

They are the worst, I wish we had read the reviews before we placed the order. We requested a refund but still nothing has happened.
