Disgusting service

I had the worst experience with this company, worse part is that they donot want to refund me my money back for their own mistakes. I bought 2 dresses from them last year in June 2020 where they said they will be ready in July. Fine July I went to the shop they said they have backlog and couldn't make the dresses fine I then went in to check them in Aug no dresses still they then took my numbers and promised to call me once the dresses are available for pickup. September passed they didn't say anything, no calls then towards the end of September or in October I went to the shop they told me one dress was sent back because I didn't come to pick it up and the other was still no ready. Now I have been calling them since last year about a refund they keep on taking my details and they never do anything, till today they haven't rep**** to my emails. Your customer service is one of the poorest that I have come across. You don't respect you customers. 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
