Disgusting service

I ordered 2 dresses ftom them in June to be delivered in Wonderpark, after few weeks then got a message that they are ready to be picked. I went there the dresses were not there, they told me sbout backlog ok I understood, went back again on the week they said I can come, dresses are not there again. They took my details and promised to update me, a month passed I went there again still no dresses. I have been the one making follow-up ever since and it's always the same story they never get back to me. Now it's October I don't even know which approach should I use. I am fed up with their empty prmises, it's disgusting
