Disappointing service from Africa Fashion House

Terrible service ever. Order a dress online, the design was a disaster I am told I can't get a refund because the dress was on sale il rather take alternative. The media personnel is arrogant and only cares about getting sales than resolving thier errors. How is it my fault that they messed up my dress and expected to settle for what I did not order?
