Beyond disappointed!!!

The service experience with AFH may be the worst ever for me! Totally disappointed. Something is not right there. I'm still trying to conclude an order I made in June this year. The staff there is super unresponsive and in the business of making extremely empty promises. And looking at some of the reviews on this platform, I have gone through a couple of them and have not seen a response from the retailer which does not inspire the slightest confidence in their work ethic. Trying to reach out to them on Instagram also proved futile. So much potential and yet .... speechless!
