Bad service received

This business can ghost customers for days. They do not respond promptly at all. I have 2 weeks trying to get answers from them as to what happened to my order. They said it has been delivered and I never received the order. I requested that they send me the details of the person who signed for the order they haven't responded. Really bad customer service from those company they do not take pride in how they treat their customers. Really disappointed their communication ways to customers socks big time
