Bad service_ No delivery of goods

In April I purchased clothes online and till date I haven't received them and they were to be delivered in May. I've tried calling their stores and even personally going there but everytime I get excuses. I also tried twice to complain kn their Facebook page and both my posts and comments were deleted without a reply so it's clear they do not care about customers. Their service is utterly distasteful.
