Bad service from AFRICA FASHION HOUSE

The first tomeni used them was last year or 2019. I ordered a dress and requested my friend to collect it at their branch in Wonderpark Pretoria. When i fit the dress it looked like a sumo wrestler size and went to the store myself and returned it. They said i must call their number butbi told them that it does not get answered. They gave me a whatsapp number then i sent a message and thebperson rep**** applogising and saying that i mist go to the store to fit . I told her that i no longer want the dress may thwy please refund me, they said they dont do that they have to make it a voucher and whenever I see something i like i would buy online. This year i saw a dress so i said let me use that voucher. I bought on the 5th November 2021 and requedted that the order be brought by a courier cause i cannot go to tohe store. I have been calling them, they promised that i will get it by the 25th Nov but till today i havent received anything. I called today they promised that i will get the tracking number by the end of today. I tried to call them their line is off.
