Bad Service delivery

I had initially placed an order with Africa fashion house, received confirmation that my order was dispatched two weeks back and that it will be delivered last week, however when checking the online tracking system it is still tailored.

Their response to my email is that they had a delay and orders are now going out. How can that be while they already advised that my order is out. I am currently trying to cancel my order however no one is willing to assist with the cancelation. This is the worst service one could ever receive.
