Bad service

I ordered dressess fro Africa Fashion house in 17 and 18 June expecting to have them delivered within 17 working days which was supposed to be on the 13 July 2022. I have not recieved my order till today, i called their call center on numerous occasions and got no valid reason for the delay in the delivery yet every week when i call they keep changing stories saying i should expect my order to arrive before the end of the week. i also sent them an email which i got no response. it is really frustrating
