Bad service

I'm speechless from all the reviews I've read, I feel like it's useless to even write this review because it's also bad. I've ordered online on 12th November, I was supposed to collect in store. From the 29th November until the 20th December. When I track my order online it still says order processing. I've called the shop but nothing. Sent a whatsapp query but nothing. Sent an email still nothing. I'm losing faith in the shop because from the reviews I've read it seems like I'll drive to the shop for nothing. I'm so disappointed.
