Bad experience

Ordered a dress from African Fashion House online on the 1st of April 2020. I have been trying to get ahold of them since when eventually got a WhatsApp number and wanted to cancel they charged over 80% cancellation fee we have not received the dress or the refund since.

They say support black owned business but this is how they treat us
