bad customer service

This business is out of ideas , i bought items before lockdown up to today they fail to deliver my staff , their watsup and the their store dont communicate , i have been treated like stupit customer with false promise to deliver since JUNE 2020 .

they dont even answer calls on their advertised line ??????shocked and disappointed .
