Bad customer service

I bought 2 dresses from the company, I saw the dresses on Facebook. I loved them. I paid and in a few days I received the package. One dress was in perfect condition. The orange dress had visible factory defects. I took a photo and sent it to the company via email. The person responded and told to go to the nearest branch because they don't do exchanges. I then told them that I can't drive over 50kms to correct their error. The person sent me their address meaning I must carry the cost of delivery even though it's their fault
