Bad Communication S****s

I placed n paid for an order in March before lockdown and during level 4 i sent an email asking when can i get my order i got a reply saying they will only start with order in level 3 which was understandable. However ever since level 3 I've been sending emails and getting no response. Is it possible for me to get my money back?
