Bad business practice!!

I bough a dress on sale. They took forever to deliver it. The dress was only delivered after more than three complains were made. When the dress was delivered I wasn't advised that they were delivering on the day. To make things worse the dress wasn't the right size and the hands were made to fit a two year old. i contacted them again and for a month now they still haven't resolved my query. All they do is to make empty promises. I wouldn't advise anyone to use then coz they are unreliable and the number is forever on voicemail.
