I sent clothes back to them for alterations and orders a skirt to match the pants I initially bought from them (sent back as it was tearing at the seams as the stich wasn’t tight enough to hold meaning the quality of sewing was wrong “ they took longer than promised they ignored my WhatsApp messages whereas on all their adverts on social media state “order via WhatsApp” when I demanded why their ignoring me I was told “whatsapp is not the right mode of communication?really when we order it is ok and we pay thereafter when you are supposed to serve us it isn’t. I sent my daughter to go collect they couldn’t find the attire for over an hour and a half wasting her time sending her back and forth, they found them alterations clothes but not the skirt I ordered and recently paid 600 for. I was then called by a lady called Daphne who promised shell handle it better and how sorry she was etc. am human I gave her the benefit of the doubt, guess what ?still she didn’t keep her delivery date promise and kept on playing tricks with my regarding address, eventually today the skirt arrive what a shame a disgrace to Great black seamstresses ama business our there. Who can even send out such to a client what about their reputations it’s not only about them trying to kinda pay back for my nagging what they don’t get is that their tarnishing their own brand. Don’t ever buy from them
