I placed an order online on the 29th of April 2022, today its the 5th of October 2022 I still have not received my order. Some of the items I ordered were for my younger sister for her birthday as a gift. today its her birthday and I don't have her gift still. Whenever I call they don't have a concrete answer for me, they always tell me they will call me back with feedback, which they never do.

I wish this shop could be reported and closed down as they are clearly out to **** people and they are selling a lie. Who do we have to complain to or what must happen before our concerns are heard and addressed. Do yourself a favor, never ever ever ever buy anything from this shop. I regret giving them my money. It is true what they say, " if something looks too good to be true, it probably is". Their service is truly horrible.
