Africa Fashion House - Poor service

So i have ordered more than twice and i did not experience what i am experiencing now. This i must say is just bad service i am getting from Africa Fashion House. I ordered a dress, mans shirt and kids dress on the 26th November 2022 which they said collection will be 16 - 22 Dec 2022. I then later received an email telling me a specific day which was the 21 December. I then called to explain my situation, that I ordered because of the date stating i will be able to collect from the 16th, therefore it was before my travelling date to go home. I was then told I cannot collect earlier unless I pay a fee for it. I opted to collect it when I returned back in January. In January I called the Wonderpark store and they advised that my order is not ready and that I should give them time. We agreed on a specific date and time but when I got there my order was not fully ready. I exchanged numbers with the lady so that we can communicate through whatsapp and tell me when my order is ready but to no luck. I called again in February and was given a date on when to come. When i got there my order was not ready. Same thing happened in March and when I got there the wrong man's shirt was available, the kids dress was not ready. Instead I was told that the material is there (not sure what they want me to do with the material. Till today my order is not ready and i actually would just prefer a refund. I have been following up as if I'm taking them on credit. I keep calling them but they busy saying they will call me back. They don't want to give me a refund and they don't want to finish my order.
