Africa fashion house poor customer service

I'm done supporting African fashion house. I ordered a dress on the 25th June, till today I haven't received my dress. Their online purchase is a ****. They attracting customers by advertising cheaper items and say you only get it with that price when you only buy online. I have been sending messages on their whatsapp number and ema asking when will I get my dress, no one cares to answer my messages. When you call, their line is always busy. I just want my full refund.
