Africa Fashion House not processing refunds

I bought a dress through their online store, the purchase was confirmed and I was given a tracking no on the 13th January 2020. I received the dress on the 15th January, but the colur was totally different to the one I bought and the size was much bigger than the size 34 as they confirmed telephonically that they design according to standard SA sizes. same day I let them know through WhatsApp that I will be returning the dress and they gave the return address. I then returned via overnight courier so not to delay the process. They later confirmed receipt. They kept quiet until I called them to ask when they will be processing the refund as the refund on their website is on every Thursday. That is when they started telling me that the dress was on sale off which I paid normal price including courier. After debating or arguing they told me that they going to process the refund, I waited and waited to no avail and I called them again and they told they were talking to management. This is where we are, from the 31st January until now I have been waiting for feedback from them since they were talking to management. I tried sending emails on their contact email posted on their online store but this has not helped. I am very disappointed as we are urged to support local small business but now we are faced with businesses that rob us of our hard earned cash , unprofessional, no customer service and processes. Anyone reading this review be aware.
