Africa Fashion House doesn't care about its custSomers!!!

I purchased a top and a doek from Africa Fashion House last year November, my delivery was a week late and when I received my parcel there was no doek. I then asked for a refund using the company's phone line and they asked me to send them a WhatsApp message, I gave them all my details and they promised to refund me. I've tried every possible way of getting my refund and they're sending me from pillar to post. All I want is my money that I worked for!!
