I went to AFH Wonderpark in September to order my wedding attire for a wedding that will b happening on the 21st of December .

Having Agreed on the attires and the fabrics to be used My measurements and my husbands measurements wer taken and a deposit was paid of the value of R2000.

My fitting date was issued as the 11th Nov 19 .

On the 11th of November I was the 1 who had to call the branch and ask about my fitting and i was told our outfits are not done because they couldn’t find my fabric (Bt nobody communicated this info ) so i should buy my own fabric and they will start the process . I told them cancel my dress and do my husbands attire instead because clearly they couldn’t assist me.

On the 12 December my husband was called for a fitting Only to get the shock of his life. The color of the attire was totally different from what we agreed upon the fabric was cheap and print was grey . What a joke.

We demanded a refund and we where told to send an email to the owner cos they can’t issue the owners numbers.

On top of that nonsense we were told our refund wont b full because we changed our minds in the process.

Bull**** !

You couldn’t provide a service. You didn’t communicate and now i must suffer.
