Africa Fashion House baddest service

I ordered a dress on the 28th of October 2020 and delivery fee. I chose a delivery fee that said delivery with 5 working days. The dress was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the o4th November 2020.It was not delivered ,I called them they ignored my calls. I sent them watsapp and explained that I needed the dress for the 7th of November 2020 as I was attending a traditional wedding. The dress I ordered is traditional wedding. I did not even have an outfit for the wedding. They disappointed me so much. I checked their reviews on Facebook, lots and lots of people commented ,complaining that they are still waiting for their orders from February, all the comment were deleted later on. I also commented to say may they please answer their watsapp and calls and told them how disappointed I am.My comment was also deleted. It is very bad .As I am writing I did not get my parcel even now and they just ignore me.The wedding has passed I am not even interested anymore ,I am so hurt.
