Africa Fashion House Bad service

I am very unhappy about the service I have received since I ordered a top on the 8th of November and to date 12 Dec it has not been delivered. when i get the call I am told to wait it will come before the end of the week. 5 weeks later still nothing. Yesterday spoke to Nomathemba who was not really helpful as she told me my order was delivered to Umhlanga therefore cannot assist me further. she then said she will speak to her manager and get back to me, which she never did.
