Africa Fashion House are *******

On the 15th of March 2020 my wife and I went to Africa Fashion House in Clearwater Mall. This is when they still had a shop in Clearwater Mall. I took with me a shirt that I had purchased from the same shop not too long ago as a sample for the required measurements. This shirt cost me R1500. I paid a deposit of R1500 for the 2 clothing items for my wife and myself and the shop assistant proceeded to make a note that my shirt should be the same as the sample provided.

Lockdown happened and the next time my wife and I went back to Clearwater Mall, Africa Fashion House had moved and was no longer operating within the mall. No one from Africa Fashion House bothered to make contact and advise as to a way forward since they had moved from the Mall. Im my eyes, this is **************** given I had paid a deposit, left a sample shirt and the store disappears without a word.

I later investigated their whereabouts and came across a store/branch in Midrand. I drove to the Midrand store (30 October 2021) where I spoke to a lady by the name of Debby and explained what had happened. Debby proceeded to make copy of my receipt and advised that she would look into the issue as well as for the sample shirt that I had provided back when they were in Clearwater Mall. She promised to have an answer for me by 05 November 2021. Till this day I am still waiting for my refund as well as my shirt.

Clearly nothing was ever done from the time that I paid the required deposit until TODAY and it seems getting my refund and shirt back is becoming a hustle.

Africa Fashion House please could I get my refund back and my shirt. I do not want a "credit" for your online store or anything else from you for that matter. I just want what belongs to me and please stop taking me for a ride. Had I not tracked you down, where you ever going to call me and talk to me about this? Please do not be ******* and ***** your customers. I want my money back and my shirt.

For anyone else out there looking at Africa Fashion House for clothes, PLEASE LET THIS BE A LESSON LEARNT AND NOT EXPERIENCED as in my case.
