3 months waiting for an order

I made an order online on the 26/04/2021, I've been making a follow up on my order, I sometimes go to midrand sometimes wonderpark in their stores to check up on my order and everytime I get a negative feedback, yesterday I got their email saying that my order has been sent to wonderpark store and when I get there the order is still incomplete , they refuse to call their manager to explain the situation. It's been 3 months now waiting for this order
