Garage doors worse-off after shoddy maintenance

On 24 February 2015, two technicians from Africa Enterprises were sent to do some maintenance work on my 2 garage doors. Less than a week after that, the garage doors were in worse-off condition due to shoddy work. I immediately informed Africa Enterprises about this. Nothing has been done till this day (4 May 2015). I have made numerous requests via email [Email Removed] and phone *** & ***) but this has been ignored. <br> <br> After the work was done, technicians could not even leave my premises until the payment of R3800 had to reflect in Africa Enterprises bank account.<br> <br> What recourse do I have?
