Not so good customer after sales experience

Communication from the staff at Africa Drone Kings was speedy and highly efficient up until the sale was made.

From there we have been waiting for a portion of our order (out of ADK's control as it sits with customs) but what is more frustrating is that the staff at ADK just don't get back to us on any emails whatsoever. We even resulted to trying to contact the manager - we are yet to receive feedback from said manager.

As a client it is highly frustrating to sit and wait and have absolutely zero communication keeping us in the loop of what is happening with our order. Unfortunately a bad review for a company that initially trumped our expectations. Client communication is just as important as making a sale.
