Concerns Regarding Contractor

I would not recommend using this contractor.

We paid them a deposit to carry out a repair; however, due to an incorrect quote provided by the contractor, the agreement was subsequently cancelled. We have been requesting a refund of our deposit for the past three months, but despite multiple follow-ups, the contractor has not returned the funds.

Given the circumstances, we consider this a serious breach of trust, and it raises concerns about the contractor’s reliability and integrity
