bad customer service

This happened around 2 years ago but after hearing about the way sagie mamas chicken saga turned out - I had to bring this out. I ordered a full pack chicken with chips etc and when we sat at home to eat I noticed only 1 leg. I drove (8kms) to Africa Chicken in the Spar centre in Phoenix opposite acropolis mall to complain. They never believed me and asked me to bring the chicken back to the shop. I explained that its already on my kids plates and there was no way I was going to drive home and back as there is a cost involved for fuel. The lady that tried to help was not understanding and then she went to see the manager who did not come out of his office but sent a message that I must bring the chicken. I was furious and sent an email to their customer service that got hold of me and then got the manager to call me to tell me that he will replace the 1 leg. I told him to keep it and enjoy it Just like all customers to be wary and to check what you get is what you ordered. Needless to say my family and friends and their families never buy from that company since then
