Useless or Simply Not Interested?

Two Years ago the company got a contract to install catering equipment for a small confectionary company in Centurion namely New Beginnings Toffees. Amongst these was a canopy and extractor fan. This fan broke down two weeks ago and despite several calls and an e-mail, they are doing nothing to get it fixed. They do not even return calls as promised. It is peak season for our small business and we desperately need the fan to work as we have to comply with strict health and safety regulations and the room in which we cook is dust free and has no other ventilation. We spoke to Carl but he simply does not understand the seriousness of the situation or he does not care.
