Bad attitude, bad service

<p>I was at African cash n carry in Polokwane last week with my mom and aunt. As we were making our way to the pay point, an employee with a huge trolley full goods bumped into my mother and she fell on the ground hurting her knee, shoulder and back. All the emplyees just watched and didn't assist us at all. There was no OHS representative on site, no first aid, no manager or senior attended us.</p> <p>I watched in disbelief as my mother who is in her late 50s cried because of the pain she was feeling. The employee that bumped her didn't apologise, hias supevisor came much later on and nothing was done. I feel so upset just thinking about it because i now have medical bills to take care of that arose from that incdent and nobody has been held liable till this day. i have a video recording of the incident.</p>
