Poor quality and customer service all round - Africa Canopy!

You know it's bad when canopy repair places turn you away due to having a canopy made by Africa canopies, they don't repair nor stock Africa Canopy canopies due to the number of unsatisfied clients I had to go directly to them to fix the glass that shattered No one is upfront or honest with you, each person you deal with has a different story of when the canopy will be ready and why it's not ready yet Finally got my Canopy back after 4 weeks, glass cracked, handle worked for a day (Gauteng Canopies had to fix it, the tension was to slack, plus, the lock doesn't work) Despicable service, poor quality canopies (Ford Ranger DC 2012) When you buy from an agent, make sure it's not Africa Canopy made... big problems, lots of expenses and you sit with a canopy no one wants.... Just yesterday the slide window on the side fell off and when I took a closer look, the glass on the side has started to detach from the body.... great, more expenses... Decided to buy a new one, 4 years and not a single satisfied moment with the canopy I have... Thanks Africa Canopy for flying the service flag high!
