Reconsider another brick supplier

I came across them on the net, made my order via the phone and was very happy from what I heard, speedy delivery and a good price. Only to have been let down and lots of empty promises after they said that they needed an urgent payment for the bricks. I then canceled my order as they didn't deliver on time and couldn't give me a date for deliver even after phoning them numerous times and getting the same promise that I would be called back to let me know when I'd get the delivery . Oh and good luck on getting hold of anyone once the due date has been decided. Back to the refund, I was promised in the 9th October and is now November 7th and nothing yet. I managed to get hold of management but even that didn't help. My advice is don't go with them, rather try somewhere else..
