Bad service

I booked accommodation from 1-4 April for 3 nights at Africa B&B in Pretoria and paid the full quoted amount prior to check in.I then requested to cancel the accommodation for Friday 1 April but was told I had to forfeit the entire amount for the daily rate.This is contrary to what is stated on Africa B&B's [URL Removed] which states only 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.<br> <br> Upon checking in on 2 April I have the following complaints:<br> The room was small and cramped<br> The kitchen was communal<br> The TV didn't work<br> <br> At no point was there any proper service given to find out if we the guests were happy.The impression I got is once payment was received no concern was shown to our wellbeing during the stay.<br> <br> I then decided to leave during my stay on 3 April and when I stated I was leaving no response to show any concern as to why.The accommodation is marketed as a bed and breakfast but it's a dormitory.The yard is untidy with rubble laying in the back and the building structure is very cluttered.The price of R650 for the family room is very overpriced and certainly not worthy of being caled a B&B.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ziah Hayat<br>
