Piece of Glass in Africa Atchar

I bought a 2kg tub of Africa Atchar on the 29th of September 2020, on the 30th of September (the following day) I discovered a piece of broken glass in the atchar while I was eating. I tried to call the customer care number ***) and nobody answers the phone.
