No service

I have been paying them for 3months already to date there is no help at all from Cape Town branch. My husband passed and I needed them to help me with the estate. We've spoken via telephone and email to Marisca Pieters, Garth Africa, Reschenda Beukes no one is able to asisst when we contact them they say Mr Africa will contact us but he never does we have been paying every month but the person which is Mr Africa is never available when we phone and he doesn't return the calls. This is really bad service!!!!! No one can help you.
