Afriboot Pty Ltd - Customer Satisfaction Highest - Priority 1

I recently purchased a mat for my car boot. The mat unfortunately did not fit like it should have and was too small. The seller was clear that there was no returns on the item, which left me in a bit of a pickle. I had no choice but to contact the manufacturer/supplier Afriboot, directly.

I had my doubts but decided that I would take a chance and plead my case. To my surprise, Afriboot was very accommodating and listened to my issue and asked me to send pics to showing the fit of the mat. I spoke to a young man named, Angelo. He was most helpful and asked me to give him some time to investigate. A day or so later I was advised that they could not supply me the mat required for my car as the size was not available. I was asked to return the mat to Afriboot directly and they would arrange my refund. Once they received the mat, I was asked to send my banking details and within a few days, I received my refund.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Afriboot Pty Ltd. Makes me proud to see that there are still business out there who take customer satisfaction very seriously.

Well done Afriboot. Even though I cannot get a boot mat from you, I will recommend you to everyone I know
