withdrawal process is a nightmare and customer service is terrible. Still waiting for my money. Withdrew via ott instant eft via payshap yet I'm still waiting. Not so instant. This my third negative withdrawal experience with this site. I have never successfully withdrawn. In the past I ended up playing the money away.
