UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST

Purchased a vehicle from Afri Wheels in Feb 2024. As per the DEKRA report all was in order.

However when we sent the vehicle for a service, we were given a list of faults that should have been declared on the DEKRA report. Contact Belinda who advised we should send them the report with the faults, which we did. After emailing the report, Belinda refused to take our calls. Always an excuse. Tried calling the landline, every time i was transferred to Belinda, i would conveniently get cut off.

Apart from the faults on the vehicle, the mileage was tampered with.

We had a vehicle trade in with them and the mileage listed on the advert when selling that vehicle was alot less than the actual mileage.

Due to the trade in they came up with a whole host of excuses not to warrant any faults on the vehicle.

I'm pretty sure the DEKRA report was falsified as well.

Please be weary when dealing with AFRI WHEELS, they are ********* and there's absolutely no after sales service.
