********** Service delivery!

This is probably the worst vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with. they are ***********, unprofessional and unreliable. They have absolutely no idea what customer services means. I have had several issues with this dealership. the current issue has to do with an unlicensed car. They never bothered to register the vehicle for roadworthy. They dispatched the vehicle to me without issuing a new license disk. Now I've been sitting with a car that has no license disk. I have spoken to Planet 42 (the finance company), but the service is just as bad. No manager was ever available to handle my escalated query for the past three months. In the meantime, I am paying timeously, but I'm getting the pits of atrocious service from both companies. the old license disc was confiscated by the Police due to it being invalid. I have to pay people to get around, ask people for lifts to and from work while I'm paying well over R5000 a month for a vehicle I can't drive legally on our SA roads. I cannot even explain how this has affected my livelihood. I'm beyond upset. I need to have this issue sorted before it destroys my career. These companies are never to be trusted at all! the car had so many issues that I had to have attended to through "AFRI wheels" and planet42. I have wasted so much of my time money and energy, being passed from pillar to post, all because they never bothered to do all services that were meant to be done prior to handing over the car to me from inception of the contract I signed.
