Second hand car

Trust you are well.

Can you kindly assist with advice on a vehicle we bought from AfriWheels.

We bought a Volvo S60 2.5T 2006 model cash for R45000.00 on the 27th of September 2021.

We don't stay in Pretoria we stay in Rooiberg Limpopo.

When we drove back home the oil pressure light came on saying you must stop immediately. Oil pressure low. So we stopped and phone the sales lady. She said she will phone us back. Then she phoned back and said the mechanic said the car just needs a service.

When we took it for a service the mechanic found that there is sludge in the engine. So to fix that problem he must open the engine and that will cost us R45000.

So we phoned the dealership where we bought the car. And he just said there is nothing he can do we signed the form stating it is voetstoots.

Know we are stranded and don't know what to do.

Please advise.
