Not trustworthy

Traded in a vehicle on a bmw 135i. First week took it back. They kept it to repair. Went to two of their own service providers for 5 months. Didn't offer me a curtosey car or nothing. Upon receiving vehicle i found out it was severely accident damaged. Asked for refund and they refunded me 15k less coming with stories about my trade-in vehicle. Im going to report them to all dealership bodies and all of you should do the same as it seems they deal with people in this manner regularly.
